A little smoke and spice make everything nice…

Tunis are known for their delicious meat: tender, flavorful and mild. Tunis are one of the few sheep breeds featured in Slow Food USA’s Ark of Taste. And, while we’re passionate about Tunis, we’re also excited about good food, local farms and sitting at the dinner table with friends, new and old.

Steve was a chef and restaurant owner. He uses that knowledge to prepare flavorful lamb and other foods. He makes a Baharat-inspired spice mix that is excellent with lamb, pork and chicken.

We want our customers to cook with confidence and flavor, so we share recipes and cooking tips. We’ve received some outstanding recipes from our customers as well!
